NOVIPRO, Canada’s largest IBM partner founded in Montreal, needed a highly reliable, network-rich colocation environment to launch managed services and IaaS without building its own data centers. To meet requirements for 100% uptime, broad North American reach, carrier choice and responsive support, NOVIPRO partnered with Cologix and used Cologix’s colocation facilities in Montreal (initially at 625 Rene‑Levesque and later at 1155 Robert‑Bourassa).

Cologix delivered scalable space, power, cooling and network-neutral connectivity (75+ carriers) plus 24/7 monitoring and modern data‑center infrastructure, and NOVIPRO expanded into a second Cologix facility in 2014. As a result, NOVIPRO increased bandwidth and redundancy, gained access to hundreds of potential customers across Cologix’s 24 North American data centers (seven in Montreal), and successfully launched managed services and IaaS—creating a symbiotic relationship where Cologix customers also gain access to NOVIPRO’s new services.
