How a Leading Research Lab Achieved Multilingual Model Excellence with Collinear

The challenge was aligning these models for production across 16 business domains and four different model sizes, a task made difficult by the lack of existing Arabic AI safety infrastructure, the need to handle various dialects, and an extremely high government-grade deployment bar. Manual evaluation at the required scale was not feasible.

Collinear's Simulation Lab provided the solution by generating over 55,000 targeted simulations to benchmark the models, automatically identifying over 10,000 specific issues in Arabic. This high-signal data was used for post-training alignment, which enabled the lab to dramatically improve performance. The results included a failure rate that was roughly one-seventh that of comparable open-source models, providing the structured validation needed for a secure government and enterprise deployment.
