Activision Blizzard - Customer Case Study

Activision Blizzard, the global interactive entertainment company with 10,000+ employees, wanted to improve the everyday healthcare experience for its people after finding that great benefit programs were undermined by fragmented information, unhelpful service interactions, and manual processes. Activision Blizzard engaged Collective Health and adopted Collective Health’s contemporary health benefits platform—including a Member Advocate program and employer portal—to bring a data‑driven, member‑centric approach to benefits administration.

Collective Health implemented a single point of contact Member Advocate team across medical, pharmacy, dental, vision and wellness, delivered real‑time data and reporting via its employer portal, and streamlined operations like HSA funding, vendor invoicing, and eligibility consolidation. As a result, Activision Blizzard expects about $7 million in savings from new cost‑effective strategies, has saved the benefits team an average of 20 hours per week, and reports markedly improved member satisfaction and operational efficiency thanks to Collective Health.
