Carroll Electric Cooperative, which serves over 71,000 members across northwest Arkansas and southwest Missouri, operates a diverse fleet including UTVs, bucket trucks, digger trucks and more. They struggled with an outdated AS400 system that required handwriting and triple data entry, scattered spreadsheets, and limited reporting—making fleet-to-accounting reconciliation and historical costing unreliable.

Carroll implemented Collective Data’s collectiveFleet solution (with fuel import and extended asset management) to centralize asset records and configure fields by asset type. The system streamlined monthly reconciliations, produced accurate per-asset costs, automated weekly inventory reports for auditors, and enabled analysis of repair history and fuel costs—improving efficiency and informing better purchasing decisions.
