Emergycare, an emergency medical services provider operating a 68-vehicle fleet across five Pennsylvania counties and maintaining equipment for 15 other companies, needed a user-friendly system to schedule work and convert a large database of historical records. Fleet Manager David Leicht sought software that would simplify technician management and improve tracking of maintenance across multiple locations.
