Renaissance Capital, a Moscow‑headquartered investment bank with about 2,000 employees and eight offices across emerging markets, needed to replace disparate local HR systems (including Microsoft Axapta) with a single global system of record to improve reporting and remain compliant with local regulations. The firm engaged Collaborative Solutions to lead the initiative and standardize HR processes across its international footprint.

Collaborative Solutions implemented Workday HCM—covering Employee and Manager Self‑Service, Absence, Benefits (for Russia), Performance Management and Payroll integrations—using a multi‑center team across Washington, D.C., London, Johannesburg and Moscow.
