BlueSky Health is a nurse practitioner–run, two-location family medicine practice serving about 2,500 patients that was rapidly growing and needed a more efficient way to track payments and bill patients. The practice selected CollaborateMD’s billing platform—integrated with their Practice Fusion EHR and the eProvider Services clearinghouse—to streamline revenue cycle management and reduce administrative burden.

CollaborateMD was implemented in about three weeks and integrated so providers can enter CPT/ICD-10 codes in Practice Fusion, hit “send to biller,” and have claims routed nightly to eProvider Services. The result, according to BlueSky Health, is faster payments, improved cash flow, fewer unpaid claims, and a system easy enough for non-billing staff to use—delivering measurable time savings and more reliable collections for the practice.
