Kelley Blue Book, a leading vehicle valuation and information provider, began adopting Agile in 2005 but relied on sticky notes, Excel and SharePoint as it scaled in 2007. As projects and reporting needs grew more complex, the company needed an online solution to manage backlogs, track velocity and reduce manual data entry.

Following an evaluation and an eight-week pilot, Kelley Blue Book chose VersionOne for its usability and rolled it out company-wide, growing to 250+ users and later expanding across Cox Automotive. The platform increased team productivity, supports both Scrum and Kanban while providing a single view of work (including a Portfolio Kanban Board for leadership visibility), and enabled a shared Agile community and consistent practices across business units.
