Euro Protection, a worldwide group specializing in personal protective equipment for distributors in more than 40 countries, needed a better way to manage sales forecasting. Before Colibri, forecasts were built in Excel with average monthly sales or budget figures, which made it difficult to improve stock availability, handle seasonal products, and plan for long replenishment lead times of 4 to 6 months.

Colibri implemented its APS sales forecasting solution for Euro Protection’s French subsidiaries, with the Hungarian subsidiary planned next. The project took 4 months and went live smoothly, helping the company create more accurate forecasts and better requirement calculations. The rollout covered 5 users initially and 5,500 references, with the scope later expected to expand to 7,000 references and more users across the commercial team and Hungary.
