A Colibri Case Study
Crouzet, part of InnoVista Sensors, needed a better way to manage sales forecasts and support its Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process across international teams. To replace a heavy Excel-based approach, the company turned to Colibri for a more collaborative, ergonomic forecasting tool that could help anticipate demand in a volatile industrial environment.
Colibri was implemented to support monthly demand reviews, improve collaboration between logistics and sales teams, and provide dashboards, reliability indicators, and a closed-loop forecasting process. The result was a new way of working that Crouzet teams embraced quickly, with better alignment on forecast discussions and improved customer collaboration; the next goals are to optimize stock levels and measure the forecast’s impact on inventory days (DIN).
