Using Cohley and its content library of 1,000+ pre-tagged UGC assets, the team set out to test whether different creative formats could outperform the standard product imagery pulled from product detail pages.

With Cohley’s Klaviyo integration, Sijo automated creative testing in cart abandonment emails by randomizing SKU-tagged lifestyle photos and product shots from its Cohley Content Library. Cohley helped identify the best-performing assets, and the results were strong: UGC improved cart abandonment email CTR by 37%, while lifestyle photos drove 68% higher CTRs than product-only shots.
