A Cohesion Case Study

Preview of the 22 Vanderbilt Case Study

22 Vanderbilt unifies access, dining, and service on one app with Cohesion across 1.1 million square feet

22 Vanderbilt, a commercial office tower in Manhattan, faced the challenge of providing a hospitality-grade experience that was hindered by fragmented digital systems. Each building amenity, from access to dining, operated on its own separate workflow, creating a complex and inefficient process for both tenants and staff. To unify this experience, they partnered with Cohesion and its Tenant Experience Platform.

Cohesion implemented a single tenant app that consolidated all building operations, including mobile access, visitor management, food ordering, and reservations. This solution provided a seamless experience, resulting in tap-to-enter access and instant visitor check-in for every tenant. The platform was also extended to a new membership club, allowing two distinct audiences to be served by one system. Cohesion's platform enabled the building's high-design amenities to be fully utilized with technology that matched the level of service.
