Quick turnaround and attention to detail earn Coherent Solutions partner status at Life Time Fitness

Life Time Fitness, a multi-state health and wellness company, needed to extend its in-club LT Connect experience to members’ phones so users could follow workouts, sync heart-rate belts, receive coaching cues and access individualized training programs. After an RFP, Life Time selected Coherent Solutions to deliver the mobile app and associated mobile development services.

Coherent Solutions built LT Connect mobile using Xamarin and a .NET/MVVM architecture with an Agile onshore–offshore team, delivering the first release in three months (end of June 2014). The app saw rapid adoption—nearly 6,400 downloads by the end of July 2014, more than 28,000 by year‑end, and almost 9,000 additional downloads in the first two months of 2015—earned Coherent Solutions strategic mobile partner status, and led to follow‑on work (Group Fitness and Yoga apps).
