Coherent starts small, earns way into bigger role with Videology

VideoLogy, a fast-growing advertising technology company and one of the world’s largest video advertising platforms, faced the challenge of scaling and optimizing its Demand Side Platform (DSP) to process massive third‑party data, evolve rapidly with changing ad tech, and fix performance bottlenecks (including duplicated translation records). Coherent Solutions was engaged initially as an offshore software development supplier to handle bug fixes and smaller tasks while proving their ability to add value.

Coherent Solutions redesigned VideoLogy’s multi‑language engine to reuse translations and automated translation workflows, cutting the number of database records by four to five times, and implemented proactive development and self‑testing practices that reduced bugs and eased QA effort. Over time Coherent Solutions expanded to multiple integrated teams (four teams with dedicated developers, a BA and QA), becoming a tightly integrated partner and helping VideoLogy improve system performance, agility and operational efficiency.
