Oracle, a technology industry leader, sought to augment its Fusion Cloud Applications with cutting-edge generative AI to deliver more value to its customers. To meet this challenge, Oracle partnered with Cohere and its Command R and Command R+ models.

The solution Cohere implemented involved integrating its AI models to power over 100 generative AI use cases across finance, supply chain, HR, and customer experience workflows. Built with Cohere's Embed and Rerank models, these applications use RAG systems to reduce hallucinations and deliver accurate responses. As a result, Oracle's customers can now streamline operations, improve decision-making, and enhance experiences while maintaining enterprise-grade security and control over their data.
