Kipper Sailing, a sailing school in Lymington, England, needed a flexible way to manage student registration, exams, administration, and course certification for about 1,500 live students in more than 50 countries. After Adobe discontinued its forms product, the team migrated around 50 forms to Cognito Forms and began using the platform to support its growing online training operation.

With Cognito Forms, Kipper Sailing now uses more than 120 forms tightly integrated into its learning management system to handle every aspect of the business, including registration, assignments, exam help, and automatic certificate issuance. Cognito Forms’ cross-field calculations, validation, and Document Creation features also enabled a complex registration process embedded in partner websites, improving efficiency and helping the school deliver automated feedback on exercises and exams.
