With Cognito Forms, Sow & Harvest created a subscription form that lets customers sign up online, save payment details securely in Square, and receive alerts when new orders come in. The Card-on-File feature helped them charge customers only upon delivery, while also supporting in-person sales through Square card readers at doctor’s offices and farmers’ markets. The result was a quick, easy ordering experience that supported their expansion into subscriptions, market sales, and new partnerships with chefs and local customers.
