CognitiveScale implemented an AI-powered mobile shopping experience that used machine learning and natural language processing to auto-attribute catalog content, build “Profiles-of-One,” and continually rank stories and products for each shopper, including anonymous visitors. The results included a 24% increase in story exposure, a 70% decrease in time needed to publish content, and increased revenue per visit, while also delivering real-time intelligence that kept improving with ongoing user feedback.
