Monash University, Australia’s largest university, needed a way to bring together content scattered across multiple faculties, business areas, and social channels so it could be accessed, managed, and distributed efficiently while maintaining quality control. Using the Cognitives platform, Monash University launched Lens, a custom-built content hub that aggregates research, academic, user-generated, and branded content from across the university. The solution has helped Monash strengthen its thought leadership, grow a central hub of reusable content assets, and streamline distribution across channels, campaigns, and content hubs, supported by training, implementation, and ongoing assistance from Cognitives.
