Cognitiv partnered with Fortune 100 Insurance Company to better understand the impact of digital demand generation on new customer acquisition, identify new customer segments, and improve measurement of ad effectiveness. The company’s goal was to drive net new incremental customers to complete an online auto insurance quote at the lowest incremental CPA using Cognitiv Incremental.

Cognitiv developed custom deep learning models to buy programmatic display advertising and optimize in real time for incremental conversions, while combining data across products for cross-product optimization at scale. The first pilot delivered a 28% incremental digital sales lift, and later campaigns continued to exceed goals with 0%+ incremental sales lift and expanded success across additional lines of business, helping the customer grow from the initial test into a broader long-term partnership.
