Foxo worked with Foxo at Foxo, a national diagnostic imaging business with over 80 clinics and 2,000 staff, to reduce the heavy manual administration interrupting radiologists’ clinical work. The team was spending significant time on tasks such as admin support, appointment scheduling, GP consults by phone, and reviews and referrals, creating delays, lost revenue opportunities, and reduced reporting capacity.

Using Foxo’s clinical workflow platform alongside Cogniom’s TANDM Suite for self-reporting and measurement, radiologists mapped their workflows and compared manual versus automated processes over one month. The pilot delivered an 83% average reduction in administrative workflow time, a 96% reduction in waiting on outbound GP phone calls, about 10 FTE of capacity, and an estimated 3.3K additional weekly reports after rollout to 65 radiologists, showing a clear case for wider deployment of Foxo.
