Using Cogent DataHub, Papeterie de Mandeure linked Drives, DCS, QCS, and Defects Inspection systems through OPC bridging and tunnelling, while keeping OT firewall ports closed. The solution resolved redundant paths, enabled system-to-system communication, and logged plant data to a database accessible by MES, giving the team a stable integration platform and eliminating manual handoffs between systems.
