ADT Security Services, one of North America’s largest home protection brands, needed a scalable, enterprise-wide phishing defense for its 21,000+ employees. After an RFP, ADT selected Cofense, deploying Cofense PhishMe for simulated phishing and behavior conditioning and Cofense Reporter to simplify and standardize user reporting.

Cofense executed a phased rollout—starting with IT and expanding company-wide—using custom and pre-set simulations plus the Reporter button to route suspected phishes to security. The Cofense deployment reached 21,000 users, cut incident response/staff hours in half, improved phishing susceptibility rates across the enterprise, and delivered faster, more organized reporting; ADT is also evaluating Cofense Triage to further automate response.
