Cofense’s solution combined monthly phishing simulations, easy user reporting, automated triage and timely intelligence so analysts received clean, actionable emails, reduced noise, and could pull malicious messages and notify compromised clients quickly. As a result, reporting in simulations rose to about 60% and susceptibility — which had been around 25% — dropped markedly; the program also improved analyst efficiency, company-wide visibility and the ability to stop real attacks that other technologies missed.
