Avature, a talent acquisition and talent management SaaS platform, faced developer shortages and intense competition while trying to rapidly scale its global engineering teams. To boost its employer brand and efficiently screen technical talent, Avature turned to Codility, using the Codility platform as an initial filter and to run employer-branding activities.

Avature sponsored a Codility Sponsored Challenge on Codility’s Programmers’ Home to engage developers and capture screening data; 1,700 developers participated and 248 won golden awards. The Codility-driven campaign delivered participant contact details, scores and benchmark data, generating relationships with 696 potential candidates, driving significant careers-page traffic and elevating Avature’s employer brand.
