FluxNinja, a cloud-native application reliability platform, sought to develop a modern and advanced architecture for its Aperture open-source project. The challenge involved creating a scalable, modular platform for microservices-based applications while integrating complex new technical solutions and algorithms. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor CodiLime for engineering talent.

CodiLime collaborated with FluxNinja to build the Aperture software and the FluxNinja ARC platform. The solution included developing optimized OpenTelemetry pipelines, classifiers using OPA Rego, and multiple deployment methods for Aperture, including as an Envoy filter, SDKs, and a sidecar. CodiLime also delivered the UI for FluxNinja ARC. The partnership was highly successful, allowing FluxNinja to cost-effectively scale its engineering team to over 15 members in just three months, with the client praising the quality of work and dedication.
