General practitioner training with Videolab – Belgian universities

ICHO, the Interuniversity Center for General Practitioner Training, faced significant logistical and administrative challenges in managing a training program for over 4000 trainees, trainers, and coordinators spread across Flanders. They required a high-performance, secure, and integrated IT platform to move traditional training online and develop new digital training instruments. To address this, they turned to the vendor Codific and their Videolab solution.

Codific implemented Videolab as an online soft skills training platform, integrating it seamlessly into ICHO's central educational portal via a Single Sign-On system. The solution was expanded to include an online examination platform and a full training course management system, eventually growing into a complete ERP. This integrated platform, which serves over 4000 daily users, empowered ICHO to significantly improve its general practitioner training program and allowed users to focus on their core mission.
