The customer, CityZen, needed to build a global emergency services app and backend system to handle massive amounts of data from users. The challenge was to create this scalable, highly available, and robust security system within a short timeframe and a limited budget. Codevalue was the vendor engaged to provide this solution.

Codevalue implemented a serverless Internet of Things (IoT) based solution using Azure services, including IoT Hub, Functions, and Cosmos DB. This approach allowed the system to be built within six months. The solution also included the development of native Android and iOS applications to maximize control over device sensors for collecting information like geo-location, pictures, and video.
