Institut Za Javno Zdravlje Crne Gore, Montenegro's public health institute, faced the challenge of managing its confidential disease counselling and testing services across nine centres using disconnected paper forms and spreadsheets. This made generating national reports a manual, time-consuming process and risked compromising the strict anonymity protocol for clients. Codepixel was selected to design and build a web-based information system to solve this.

Codepixel implemented a secure system that manages the entire anonymous DPST testing workflow while ensuring client data is never personally identifiable. The solution provides scoped access for counsellors and national coordinators, unifies records, and enables on-demand statistical reporting. This replaced the manual collation of data, turning a process that used to take weeks into one that is completed with a simple click.
