Introducing an end-to-end solution for automating order processing

Nottingham Forest Football Club sought to bring its retail operations in-house to generate more revenue and required seamless integration between its new Magento eCommerce platform and Microsoft Dynamics NAV financial system. The club needed an automated solution to manage orders and synchronize stock levels across two warehouse locations to avoid errors and fulfill customer demand efficiently, turning to vendor Codeless Platforms for a solution.

Codeless Platforms implemented its BPA Platform to create an integration layer that automates the entire order process. The solution synchronizes data, manages stock, generates pick lists and shipping labels for courier DPD, and processes payments. As a result, the club achieved a complete end-to-end order processing system and is now operating its retail division at a third of the originally projected staffing levels, significantly cutting costs.
