General Osteopathic Council - Customer Case Study

The General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), the UK's regulatory body for osteopaths, needed to drastically improve the efficiency of its annual registrant renewal process. Its challenges included reducing the manual effort of sending reminder letters and alerting staff to online renewals to improve data accuracy. To address this, the GOsC worked with Codeless Platforms and leveraged its BPA Platform to automate these key tasks.

Codeless Platforms' solution automated the sending of CPD reminder emails and the generation of print files for letters, while also creating daily reports on online renewals. This implementation saved the GOsC 200 hours of employee time and £3,500 in costs annually. The automation also increased confidence in data accuracy and provided a clear path for even greater future savings by encouraging more registrants to opt for digital communications.
