Partick Housing Association, a Scottish social housing provider, faced challenges with time-consuming manual data checks and inefficient business processes using their Aareon QL system. Seeking to become more proactive and improve overall efficiency, they turned to vendor Codeless Platforms for a solution, which led to the implementation of the BPA Platform.

Codeless Platforms' BPA Platform automated a wide range of processes for the housing association. The solution automated data checking, generated and distributed letters and SMS communications, and managed financial reviews for Direct Debits and rent arrears. This automation resulted in a massive time saving, such as reducing a housing waiting list review from a two-person, two-day task to an automated process that cut the list from 4500 to 393 active applications. The implementation saved a significant amount of staff time and enabled the association to shift from being reactive to proactive.
