TenderMaster needed a secure, easy-to-use electronic procurement platform for Ukrainian government entities and commercial suppliers to manage state tenders online. CodeIT was brought in to build the solution from scratch, combining e-commerce and auctioning capabilities while ensuring user approval, role-based access, and compliance with government procurement rules.

CodeIT delivered a web platform with guest, purchaser, supplier, administrator, and accountant roles, plus tender creation, bidding, negotiations, document exchange, digital signatures, and payment integration. The solution now supports more than 10K monthly visitors, thousands of new tenders each week, 1,026 registered users, and 562 organizations, while CodeIT continues to maintain and extend the platform.
