CodeIT expanded the product into a full web platform with role-based access for patients and therapists, online scheduling, secure login, waiting-room workflows, content libraries, and live video sessions powered by OpenTok. The solution let therapists manage clients, materials, and sessions while patients could join therapy from home on any device, turning a small app into a complete teletherapy system.
