HealthSync, a USA-based healthcare app, needed a simple and intuitive mobile solution for elderly users, caregivers, family members, and therapists to manage health information more easily. CodeIT implemented core features including dataset-based user roles, symptom tracking, medication management, appointments, diagnosed conditions, health metrics, reports with email sharing, contacts, notifications, and streamlined sign-up.
