Clarion Housing Group needed to dramatically boost digital engagement with its residents and drive a channel shift from call centers to digital self-service. Codehouse implemented a Sitecore 9.2 solution on Azure IaaS, integrating it with Clarion's back-office systems to create a seamless self-service experience. The solution led to significant results, including a 155% surge in engagement, a 30% increase in registrations, a 23% uplift in payments, and a 1% increase in online case resolution. The project also improved Clarion's TrustPilot rating from 1.4 to 3.8.
