APM Terminals, a global port and terminal operator, faced the challenge of developing a new international website with multiple stakeholders to improve digital customer engagement. They partnered with Codehouse to undertake a global digital revamp built on the Sitecore 9 platform and Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Codehouse implemented a multi-site solution with white labelling capability, featuring a fresh design and an interactive service locator map. The solution included important API integrations and was deployed using infrastructure as code for automated, risk-free updates. The results for APM Terminals were significant, including a 107% increase in sessions per user, a 155% increase in session duration, and a 23% increase in goal completions, leading them to win a 2020 Sitecore Experience Award.
