Flight Centre Travel Group Implements CodeGenʼs TravelBox™ Travel Technology

Flight Centre Travel Group, a global travel agency operating in 23 countries, faced the challenge of modernizing its legacy systems to achieve a more efficient and agile digital operation. To accelerate its global digital transformation strategy, the customer selected the TravelBox™ travel technology platform from vendor CodeGen International. The goal was to replace multiple disparate systems with a unified platform to streamline operations and better manage global supplier products and customer needs.

CodeGen International implemented its cloud-agnostic TravelBox™ platform across six of Flight Centre's global regions in a phased rollout. The solution centralized operations on a single instance, enabling the retirement of eight legacy systems and resulting in more than 20% savings on comparable annual costs. The deployment by CodeGen supports over 5,000 travel agents, manages huge volumes of bookings, and has significantly boosted the customer's return on investment while expanding its omnichannel capabilities.
