Pismo - Customer Case Study

Pismo, a fast-growing payments processing platform, needed a better way to move away from Jenkins and manual CI/CD processes. With millions of new accounts added each month and billions of API calls to protect, the company needed deployments that were easier to manage, more stable, and aligned with strict security and governance requirements. Codefresh was chosen as the continuous deployment platform, along with its GitOps capabilities through Argo CD.

Codefresh integrated with Pismo’s Git repositories, AWS, and DataDog to automate progressive deployments and enable automatic rollback if production metrics showed issues. Using Codefresh Runner, Pismo could run pipelines behind the firewall on its own Kubernetes infrastructure, supporting governance needs without adding maintenance overhead. The result was safer production releases, less firefighting, and dramatically reduced CI/CD maintenance effort, with deployments that “just work.”
