HOVER, a San Francisco 3D technology company that converts smartphone photos into fully measured 3D home models, faced a fragmented CI/CD stack built from multiple SaaS tools, custom scripts and ECS. With a six‑month goal to achieve Continuous Delivery and limited in‑house Kubernetes experience, HOVER needed a vendor to accelerate Kubernetes adoption, provide deployment monitoring and rollback capabilities, and speed up delivery.
