The Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) needed a way to provide the right information to the right people at the right time to improve decision-making and support continuous improvement in health and social care. HIQA sought expert services for its Prism Project Team, with Codec-dss selected to help deliver an XRM-based solution.

Codec-dss implemented an XRM solution for HIQA covering inspections, monitoring, registration, centre profiles, case/complaints management, and integrations with SharePoint and legacy applications. The result was improved workflows and granular security, greater efficiency, reduced ICT backlog, better integration and business intelligence, and a new performance model for HIQA.
