Euro Insurances, a motor insurance provider in Ireland, needed to reconcile thousands of claims each month across multiple countries and sources, but its operations team was spending hours exporting data into Excel, cleaning and formatting files, and managing folder structures before reconciliation could even begin. To address this, Euro Insurances worked with Codec-dss on a claims reconciliation project using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Codec-dss designed and delivered a Claim Reconciliation System based on Dynamics CRM 2011, reusing elements from Euro Insurances’ existing claims management setup and adding custom entities, views, workflows, dashboards, and scheduled overnight reconciliations. The new system was delivered in four months and simplified monthly reconciliation, reduced manual effort and user dependency, improved reporting, and increased efficiency and user satisfaction.
