Code Koalas implemented a universal Preference Center, integrating it with the SalesForce API to sync and store user marketing and app notification preferences. This solution provided users with greater transparency and control, allowing them to choose their preferred communication methods. The update was successfully launched for thousands of users, ensuring vital notifications for needy children continue to be delivered and positioning Global Orphan as a key player in communities nationwide.
