Preview of the YETI Case Study

YETI improves e-commerce experience in less than six months with Code and Theory

YETI, a rapidly growing brand expanding beyond its outdoor roots, faced the challenge of an outdated e-commerce experience that couldn't support its culturally transcendent status or provide customers with the confidence needed for significant purchases. They partnered with the vendor Code and Theory to design and engineer a new customer-centric ecommerce platform focused on education, inspiration, and conversion.

Code and Theory implemented a strategy, design, and engineering solution that reimagined the discovery-to-conversion flow, creating distinct user journeys for loyalists and new customers. They engineered reusable and highly configurable UI components and templates to scale across all product lines, with a focus on key purchase considerations like size and capacity. The entire project was completed in less than six months, resulting in a quantum leap in the success of how people shop on YETI.com.
