YETI boosts Hopper sales 300% with Code and Theory

YETI, a company known for its outdoor gear, sought to make the wilderness more accessible and showcase its versatile Hopper cooler. They partnered with the digital agency Code and Theory to find a way to take Google Street View off the paved roads and onto uncharted trails.

Code and Theory designed and developed the Map The Gaps digital experience. They equipped YETI ambassadors to map remote trails and integrated the footage into Google Street View, effectively transforming the platform into interactive ad space. The campaign was a major success, driving a 300% increase in Hopper sales, generating 78M press impressions, and winning multiple awards.
