A Code and Theory Case Study
Meta for Business sought to drive revenue, reduce support costs, and increase engagement across its portfolio of products but was hindered by a website with poor user experience and information architecture. They partnered with the vendor Code and Theory to provide an outside perspective and to work iteratively through design and strategy to address these challenges.
Code and Theory developed two key prototypes: a Dashboard to centralize a user's marketing plan and community connections, and a Personalized Panel for timely notifications accessible from any page. This solution transformed the site into a navigable hub, helping users identify and act on their business goals. The engagement resulted in a unified product ecosystem for users and positioned Meta to test these concepts, with the process including 14 user concept tests and the creation of 12 net-new components.
