Harris Williams modernizes its digital experience with Code and Theory using a modern headless stack

Code and Theory partnered with Harris Williams, an investment banking firm, to modernize its outdated website. The site's antiquated design and technology created a friction-filled experience that did not align with the firm's client-focused brand or support its goal of being perceived as a leading M&A advisor.

The solution involved a comprehensive redesign and a new tech stack. Code and Theory revamped the site's navigation, visual aesthetics, and key pages like Careers and Transaction Display to better highlight the firm's expertise and culture. Technically, they migrated the site to a modern headless architecture using Contentful CMS and Next.js, and integrated Meilisearch and DeepL Translator. This created a more engaging, professional digital experience that better reflects the Harris Williams brand.
