Zentrix is a vertically integrated garment manufacturer in Mexico with 14 years’ experience making swimsuits, sportswear and intimate apparel for brands such as Adidas, Speedo and Calvin Klein. With capacity above 30 million garments per year and over 6,900 sewing machines, Zentrix needed greater visibility and coordination across its internal supply chain and production capacity to reduce lead times and work-in-progress.

Zentrix implemented Coats Digital’s FastReactPlan, integrated with its Microsoft Dynamics AX system, to provide real-time planning and capacity visibility. This cut lead times from 7 weeks to 4 weeks (over 45% reduction), removed 1.5 million garments from WIP, and paid for itself within a few months.
