Yesim Tekstil to Enhance Control and Visibility through Fast React’s Align

Yesim Tekstil, one of the world’s largest fully integrated yarn-to-finished-product manufacturers and a production partner for brands like Nike, Gap and Zara, operates large-scale knitting, dyeing, printing and garment lines. Facing increasing pressure on lead times and the need for tighter coordination between textile and garment divisions to meet buyers’ speed-to-market expectations, Yesim sought better end-to-end visibility and control across its supply chain.

Yesim is implementing Fast React’s Align, integrated with Oracle, using Master Production Scheduling and Advanced Planning Scheduling to create an effective S&OP process. Align will combine actual orders and forecasts to generate and automatically plan production orders across factories and machines while accounting for capacity, material needs and critical paths — delivering improved visibility, coordination and more efficient on-time delivery from yarn through to customer.
