Yeh Pattana Tayeh Co., Ltd introduces Fast React’s Evolve to improve efficiency and reduce lead times

Yeh Pattana Tayeh (YPT) is a premium vertical sportswear manufacturer in Thailand (part of the Yeh Group) supplying brands such as Mizuno and Odlo, with an 800-strong workforce and expansion into Vietnam. Facing limitations from spreadsheet-based planning, low visibility of issues, long lead times, and the need to better coordinate in-house fabric production with garment assembly—especially given high style mix and complex pre-production processes—YPT aimed to improve factory efficiency, shorten order lead times and eliminate non-value-added manual work using Lean principles.

YPT selected Fast React’s Evolve to provide a visual, MRP-driven planning platform that integrates with their I-net ERP and barcode systems. The solution supports JIT/VMI coordination between fabric and garment production, clarifies order milestones and pre-production workflows, and delivers real-time status for proactive decisions. With the project underway, YPT reports clearer planning, process and mindset changes, and anticipates significant improvements in line efficiency and customer service as the system is rolled out.
